You must be 18 years or older to book or participate in sessions. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when signing up.

Flowmote offers:

• 1:1 coaching sessions (video)

• Group coaching sessions

• Packages and monthly subscription plans

• Email summaries and AI-generated action points

We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue services at any time.

4. Payments & Refunds

• All payments are made via secure third-party processors.

• First-time sessions are refundable if not helpful — just let us know within 24 hours.

• Subscription plans can be canceled at any time; no refunds are issued for partially used billing periods unless required by law.

5. Session Cancellations

You can cancel or reschedule sessions with at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed or late cancellations may be charged in full.

6. Use of Coaching Summaries

Summaries are generated via AI based on session transcripts. These summaries are for personal reflection only and should not be treated as professional, legal, or clinical advice.

7. Client Responsibility

You are responsible for your own wellbeing and decision-making. Coaching is not therapy or medical advice. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact emergency services or a licensed provider.

8. Privacy & Data

Your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
Sessions may be recorded or transcribed for coaching purposes only, with your consent. All data is stored securely and in compliance with GDPR.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website (text, visuals, branding) belongs to Flowmote and may not be copied or reused without permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

Flowmote is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses from use of our services. Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to UK courts.
