  • You receive structured and focused support on your priorities- whether energy, focus, habits or boundaries- for actionable next steps to implement after each session. You can bring whatever is on your mind each session, and talk it out in a safe confidential space with a qualified, certified coach.

  • Each session is 45 minutes. We respect your time and your life.

  • Entirely up to you, but we recommend our Core membership plan consisting of two sessions a month (as well as 24/7 access to your coach via private messaging).

  • Yes, private and tailored to your situation.

  • Yes. Your coach may share trackers, reflection sheets, or habit prompts aligned with the FLOW method.

  • Anything remote or hybrid work related: focus, burnout, loneliness, distraction, boundaries…you name it, we cover it.

  • We offer 3 different membership plans. Sign up for whichever one suits you, with the ability to cancel anytime.
